Confidentiality<\/b><\/p>

Archia Mansion recognizes and guarantees, according to law (Law 677\/2001 with subsequent amendments regarding the protection of personal data) the importance of protecting the confidentiality of information that dracul.ro may collect from visitors. The intention of Archia Mansion is to ensure a balance between the legitimate interests regarding the collection and use of information received from or about visitors, regarding the confidentiality of personal data. All information that can identify the visitor, as well as those that cannot directly identify him (also found under the name of “cookies”) that we collect, whether provided voluntarily or collected automatically from the visitor, may only be used for our internal marketing goals.<\/span><\/p>

Reservations<\/b><\/p>

Dear nature and animal lovers, we can offer you a lot of services, including public catering services in the CAROL Restaurant, riding services within the Szabo & Szabo Equestrian Club and entertainment services (campfire, swimming pool, etc.). In order to be able to fulfill these wishes so that you should gladly return to us with again, please strictly observe these following rules of inner order:<\/span><\/p>

– smoking is prohibited inside the Mansion;<\/span><\/p>

– no access to the kitchen;<\/span><\/p>

– the consumption of drinks and food brought from outside the pension is prohibited;<\/span><\/p>

– it is forbidden to throw garbage of any kind, including cigarettes butts, in another place than garbage cans or ashtrays;<\/span><\/p>

– no excess of drinks, high volume sounds both inside and outside, or at hours that may bother other accommodated tourists.<\/span><\/p>

– no access with pets of any kind;<\/span><\/p>

– no access on the green spaces with vehicles of any kind, these can be parked, free of charge, in the spaces arranged for this purpose, but only for the tourists who benefit from our services;<\/span><\/p>

– it is forbidden to light fires of any kind outside the spaces arranged for this purpose, or with wood material other than waste or dry matter from Archia Mansion employees<\/span><\/p>

– it is forbidden to cut or mutilate shrubs or trees of any kind;<\/span><\/p>

In case of non-compliance with one or more restrictions of this regulation, Archia Mansion reserves the right to act according to the law for the violation of private property or its internal rules.<\/span><\/p>

Cancellation policy<\/b><\/p>

\u00a0– We charge 50% advance from the total value of the stay<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0-The reservation can be canceled without penalties 14 days before the Check-in<\/span><\/p>

– In case of cancelling the reservation with less than 14 days before the Check-in, the deposit is completely lost.<\/span><\/p>

Intellectual property rights<\/b><\/p>

Archia Mansion is protected by copyright law, all rights reserved. In the absence of other specifications, all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) regarding trademarks, logos and all other materials produced for and with the help of this site belong exclusively to Archia Mansion. Archia Mansion reserves the rights regarding those mentioned above and, if necessary, we will exercise these rights within the permit of the legislation in force.<\/span><\/p>

Nothing from the content of this site constitutes a license or right to use any Archia Mansion trademark, logo, or any other materials presented on its site by its visitors. It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute or publish materials on the site by any person (natural or legal) without the prior written consent of Archia Mansion. The downloading or copying by any method of the materials on the site does not transfer to third parties the license of the applications or the rights over the materials on the site, owned exclusively by Archia Mansion.<\/span><\/p>

Standards imposed by M.D.R.T.<\/span><\/p>

Archia Mansion complies with the norms imposed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism (M.D.R.T.) regarding the mandatory criteria regarding the classification of tourist reception structures with 4 star pension accommodation functions.<\/span><\/p>

Content of the site<\/b><\/p>

Archia Mansion reserves the right to modify, at any time and in any way, any section of the site, in its own opinion, without being obliged to justify in any way the changes, without any prior notice and without being obliged to complete any other formality regarding the visitors. The visitors expressly <\/span>accept<\/span> that the simple use or access to the information provided by Archia Mansion means the full and unconditional acceptance of the changes made. In any situation in which visitors have objections or reservations to any of the provisions of this agreement, they have the obligation and the right to stop using the site.<\/span><\/p>
